PRESIDENT

Duties: This person deals with the overall day to day squad activities. he or she will be over every member in all four squads for the division. this person must use the forums and website daily. it is your job to make sure all squads are growing and running themselves in DHG. it is your responsibility to bring excitement and fun to the members of your division. you will handle all problems justly and fairly. and you will use the code of conduct as it is written.

Reports to: Clan Operators.

VICE PRESIDENT

Emblem & colors: Gold 7 w/white trim & division background & color.

Requirements: This person should have been a jr. director before getting this job. this person has been in DHG for 14 plus weeks. this person has also displayed excellent leadership qualities and has done an excellent job in the community for DHG. This person knows all the ranks of DHG from private from to vice president. this person must be willing to work with and serve 250 plus members.

Duties: This person assists the president in daily operations. They are in charge of all four squads in their division. They manage both directors and oversee everything in their division.They should be the first one to share and spread information to lower ranking members.

Reports to: Presidents & Clan Operators.

CLAN DIRECTOR

Requirements: This person has been in DHG for 12 weeks. this person should have been a general or a jr. clan before getting this job. also with successful fulfillment below him/her.

Duties: This person is in charge of the generals and below(of all four squads). this person makes sure all members below him are doing all their jobs correctly. this person will work hand in hand with the jr. clan director. this person will also keep up with the membership and the members in each squad.this person will answer to the vp and up. you will assist both presidents and must be the most active member on the websites and forums.

Reports to: Both Presidents.

JUNIOR CLAN DIRECTOR

Emblem & colors: Gold Valkyrie W/ white wings & Division background and colors.

Requirements: This person should have been a general or major before getting this job. they have been in DHG for at least 12 weeks. this person has earned this job by attending meetings and practices regularly. this person knows all the ranks of DHG and knows how to run a DHG squad. this person is a excellent leader and always has the interest of DHG squads first.

Duties: Your first duty is to assist clan directors in their daily duties. this person is in charge of all generals and majors of all four squads. this person will also be responsible for keeping up with all squad members recruiting and reporting all things to the president. this person will help coordinate all the ranks below them in their division. must be one of the most active members to the website and the DHG forums.

GENERAL

Requirements: Successful fulfillment of the major rank and has been in DHG for over 12 weeks. This person has earned this position by attending meetings and practices and has done an excellent job for the DHG community. This person should know all the ranks of DHG.

Duties: To run overall squad activities from major down. they are the problem solvers or their squad. they demote or promote members in their squad with the agreement of their directors. they keep track of all their members and their gen tag. this person will send out messages from the DHG forums as well as the DHG gen tag. this person will welcome all new new members into their squad personally. you will be responsible for organizing all squad activities.

Reports to: Both Directors & up.

NOTE: This person is the highest rank in a DHG squad.

 COMMANDER

Requirements: Successful fulfillment of all 5 captain ranks. This person had regularly attended all meetings and practices and demonstrated excellent leadership qualities. This person has been in DHG for more then 10-12 weeks, This person is chosen by the general with the approval of both directors.

MAJOR

Requirements: Successful fulfillment of all 5 captain ranks. This person had regularly attended all meetings and practices and demonstrated excellent leadership qualities. This person has been in DHG for more then 10-12 weeks, This person is chosen by the general with the approval of both directors.

Duties: This person is to assist the general in sending out all messages and overseeing all squad duties. This person is to be the general in training for all new and upcoming squads. This person is directly in charge of all Captains and LT's. To help the general build the squads and must be a very active member of the websites and forums. To be a strong supporter of the general and learn all you can to make yourself a successful general.

 CAPTAINS

Requirements: Successful fulfillment of LT rank for a minimum of 8 to 10 weeks.

Duties: This Person will resend any and all messages that a general or major send out in text only. This person is to also arranging and attending all meetings and oversee the LT's. This person must be willing to work hard and recruit new members and help new members recruit. Captains also handle small problems and report all of them to majors and generals.

Reports to: Major & up.

LIEUTENANT

Requirements: Must have been in DHG for at least 7 weeks and met all the requirements of Sergeant and have attended all meetings and practices. This person should be a master recruiter.

Duties: You are responsible for making sure all your squad members motto's and uniforms are correct. you should be a active member on the website and forums. You are also to assist the captains and up. LT's. are to run practices with the assistance of master sergeants and sergeants.

MASTER SERGEANT

Requirements: You should have already changed your gamer tag and been in DHG for more then 5 weeks. Must be a great recruiter, and have brought in 5-10 new members into DHG. must be an active member on the websites and in practices.

Duties: To help with all squad practices and to even run them when asked too. your biggest responsibility is to recruit and help new members with there motto's and uniforms. you are also to direct them to the website and inform them of all operations of DHG.

SERGEANT

Requirements: Have already changed gamer tag, have been in DHG for more then 3 weeks. Also have brought in 5-8 new members. You should be a member to website.

NOTES: Captains can rank these people up.

Duties: Stay active on website. Help all leaders mainly the captains. Send invites to all new members, and inform them on DHG.This person should know the RS & COD through to the President.

Reports to: All Captains & up.

Requirements: Know the DHG Code of Conduct and ranking structure. Bring 5 + members into DHG, explain COD & RS , and get members signed up to our website. Last be a positive role model for all new members.

Duties: Bring in new members, change gamer tag, attend practices and meetings. Also being active on the DHG forums.

Reports to: Lieutenants & up.
