Now as some of you may know. I do a damn good job at running my squad WARFARE on HR. But as ive been checkin out CIA and KGBs progress, I cant help but wonder… “Wtf? Whose running these squads?” CIA and KGB both seem to be low in members. I don’t see either squad posting too often in there section of the forums here. And its seems KGB isn’t keeping up on their attendence updates for practices. Now, I msg squad on average 3 times a day. I make sure EVERYONE knows whats goin on, I make it a personal agenda to try to game with new members, answer questions, and make them apart of clan. Im actually having to assign my officers with recruits to game with as well, cause its proving to much for me to handle on top of everything else lol. Cause ive got almost 50 members now and about 20 of em are new within the last month.

About a week or so ago I remember somebody mentioning that its about time to set up a 4th squad on HR? to which to that I reply “WHERES YO HEAD?” like hell we are. Tirkots rarely online from what I can tell. And I don’t know how well itZ Kyubi is running his stuff. So it seems that a lot more work needs done on getting the other squads lockdown before a 4th squad is even considered being started. First perhaps a GEN needs to be picked for CIA that way Tirkot can stop worrying about both jobs. And whose ever appointed really needs to be able to handle the job. Cause I don’t want to see things going to shit. And be the only squad that hasn’t turned into a mess.

I realize its hard keeping the new people around and even despite how hard im trying to keep people around with things like gaming with everyone and doing PRO practices, im still losing people. In the end all it takes, is a good group of enthusiastic players in each squad who are very active and can handle their job postions. Cause you know my 1stCaptain DHG DOMESHOT, aint been in the clan longer then a few weeks. And the reason why hes 1stCPT, isn’t just that hes damn good at the game. But hes been putting in a real effort at keeping our squad together. And it aint just him, ZER0, Matthewtiny, Behemoth, Bombercat, Thugnificent, and others have been putting in good work to. We need one of each kind of these guys in each squad. Or shits gonna be fallin apart… just sayin

actually, i kinda agree with crusader, im the commander of kgb, and we really arn't too well. Tons of people arn't showing up to practices, just because they dont wonna come. There are only a few in kgb that are actually serious about the game. I think we need a new gen(me possible), clear out all the inactive people, and start KGB over.

again. it is not your job to evaluate KGB. Thats Mr Peace and above jobs.If you have complaints talk to your general. if your complaints are about your general talk to the the next highest person u can. You say that tirkot doesn't do shit. but what tirkot did is amazing. He got the best players in the game in one squad. gave them the jobs there best and didnt HAVE to do anything after that. C.I.A can run without him.

Crusader you are one of our best leaders and I am glad you are looking at the big picture of Reach division. Let me address some off your concerns. The fourth squad WARZONE has been opened since last week. The GEN 3CLIPS3 is doing a great job he has 30 new recruits and a great staff. He sends messages everyday and you can find his gen tag on my CIA friends list. I am sorry I have been playing Fallout new vegas but what can I say I am a die hard gamer and have been playing fallout since the first one on pc cant help myself. I can always be reached though. KGB has many members and practices is not running as organized as WARFARE but I have faith in kyubi and always like to give people plenty of time to build thier squad. Kaos you as commander are in direct control of that squad and should fix things you feel are wrong with your squad please speak with your gens and other officers about what you would like` to see done diffrent. Also please dont worry about CIA my squad is made up of some of the oldest members of DHG. These people have recruited and have hosted/attended more DHG events than most of our members combined we all play together everyday and 60% of my squad is Lt. Col with every achievment. We recruit members than see if they fit. All of my members are on the website. My members set up clan battles and create art and videos for every member of our clan to enjoy. I am very proud of CIA and would be happy to debate anyone on how active my squad is. You are also very lucky to have a great team under you thats what this all about. Enjoy your working squad, give advice and lead by example. If you feel you have the time and want I would love to speak with you and mesler about a promotion if you are intrested in working with the division as a whole. You must understand as someone who has been involved with DHG since 2008 I do not look for progress week by week but month by month and at the end of this one like alI others I evaluate everything in DHG and make changes, offer advice where I think it is needed. So please continue to do a great job do not worry about my squad offfer advice to the other gens and if you would like to be involved I know mesler is looking for managment staff if you have a good gen replacement.

What HR needs right now is every member up on the divisions page. A intersquad tournament, managment team we need 3 people to help mesler run this division, to finish our top ten please send DHG Benny clips, and messages sent from every gen tag every day.

i Totally agree with tirkot and crazy shots we may not have a whole lot of members but we still do many things in DHG and most of CIA has been around forever i joined back in 2008 i Joined when Tirkot wasnt that high of a rank we do things our way and its working out fine i think you should just worry about your own squad right now

Yes i know we arent doing very well in KGB. I also have 3 capts 2 Lts and 1 maj who has either left or transfered to Warzone. I am doing the best i can as a general Crusader and i send out messages everyday. I tell my squad ahead of time that there is practice, but i still only see the 6-8 loyal people at my practices. Our Squad since last time i checked has about 65 members. What i need to do is get good capts to help because as of right now i only have 2 capts. What the ENTIRE HR division needs to do is have an event where people have a meet and greet, and play some custom games. This will get people to want to attend practices more. Where i stand is i need to get my Capts spot filled. 

And Kaos you haven't been that active lately too. I'm not mad i just need you to get on top of your job before you criticize someone else's job. 

All generals go threw a hard time. its how they handle this moment is when you find out how truely great you can be

I'm with Call of Duty, but I have your back, Trav. Just hit me up.

I had not thought of that kyubi your squad was broken up. Also thats a great idea a huge HR practice where everyone is welcome. I would encourage people when looking for a teammate and your gen tag has no one on at the minute check the other gen tags for a member to play with. Thankyou CIA for defending our squad still Crusader is right and everyone who has posted on this forum is a important person in DHG who could do more. Crusader is fantastic but he still posted his feeling instead of voicing them and I never like our forums to be negative.  Kaos is essentialy GEN but made the argument the squad would be better if he was and it seems your gen has taken offense and that is exactly why you do not post negative. ( Also negative posts are always directed at me or corey ) I always have to work harder and am sorry when I do not get things to be as nice as what our great members deserve. I have a 100 ideas and you all have 100 more. Thats why we must be patient with eachother we will all be playing Reach for awhile and after that and some other game comes out I will be right here making a squad for it. So we all have to strive to make our clan better its not mine its not coreys DHG belongs to you the moment you change your name. So lets make our clan better by:

1. Using the website this tool is helpful in so many ways. The main goal on it right now is to put everyones name on the website. I want every person nice enough to join our ranks to get his name up thier like he deserves. I have updated that list more than anyone else and am begging for help. Not to mention every other admin should do it its a great way to go over your gen tags and tells us how many people are in DHG.

2. Hosting an event get all the members off the gen tag into your party especially the inactive ones and get these people playing with the group.

3. Leaders please do not cuss in these forums. Mesler anyone who speaks with you knows your a funny guy and your use of language in this forum was verbaitem how you would have spoke but as president you must remember to honor your rank or no one else will Same with Crusader even though you were using it to convey that you were serious about this.

I could go on and on the point is all the people in this room have tons of talent and should be working together to make reach squad better. Every Gen needs time to make a good core group and I will be giving each GEN the chance to get better. So lets help eachother not critizize one another.

i wasnt tryin to step on no ones balls or be negative. tho i see that was what my post came about to be. I was just pointing out what i was noticing. Not what was neccesarily the truth. And yes i should hae gone to you first Peace. But i didnt think that through too well. And anyway, im happy about the repsonse this got, even if it was sort of angry at me lol. Tirkot, Kaos, and Kyubi stated whats been going o wit there squads. which answered all my questions.

So at least everythin is not as bad as i was thinking it was. lol. If anything it appears we just need to bring our division closer together so eknow wth is going on so this dsent happen again lol.
